Executive Summary

AeroCopter, Inc., located in Boston, Massachusetts, is an entrepreneur-research based start up company that is pioneering the third generation of airborne transportation systems. The company was founded in 2000 to design and develop a "best in class," advanced Rotary aircraft system utilizing a Counter-Rotating Mono-Tilt-Rotor (MTR) technology (Electromagnetic Rotary) and twisted Co-Axial Electronic Blade Control with combining the Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) capabilities of a helicopter with the horizontal speed and payload of a traditional jet airplane. This new advanced MTR VTOL aircraft will revolutionize regional flying and provide an accessible and affordable transportation platform for both the commercial and civilian/military markets while reducing capital and operating expenses.

The revolutionary nature of AeroCopter's MTR VTOL aircraft has resulted in a total of 290 patent claims which were filed in December of 2000 and issued in June of 2002. Patent number: US 6,402,088 B1

The AeroCopter's MTR VTOL aircraft capabilities while eliminating all current tilt rotor (rotary wing) technical issues, will also dramatically reduce airport congestion and flight delays by as much as 50% by allowing a significant number of flights to by-pass major hubs and travel more direct, point-to-point routes. This has the added benefit of freeing-up takeoff and landing slots at major airports for larger jets thus further alleviating congestion and delays.

On the military side, governments will benefit from AeroCopter's MTR scalable design allowing the flexibility needed to support a wide range of strategic and tactical missions, from small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications, to rapid deployment of troops and cargo to and from remote locations all over the world. Additional applications include search and rescue, fire fighting, pollution and traffic monitoring, crop management, weather tracking and forecasting.

With seed funding received from YAS Ventures, LLC. AeroCopter has completed a "proof of concept" with detail testing and prototyping and eliminated most of the risk factors for the program which has resulted to completion of final re-configuration design for a PAV and UAV aircraft. New investment and or a strategic partnership is required to take this novel technology to the next level, demonstration of flight testing.
